How Salvation Gospel International Center( SGIC) was formed
The Birth of Salvation Gospel International Center( SGIC)
Pastor M.A Foluso is an astute businessman whose primary interest was simply to run successful lines of business first as the CEO of Excel Computer Training Institute and later as a car dealer in 1999 when he would travel to Cotonou to buy cars and legally process the papers and sell the cars. In pursuit of greater business fortune, he ventured into Travel Agent business in 2001. But sometimes in 2003, God appeared to him saying it was time to go into ministry work and also sent a minister of God from Winners Chapel to deliver the same prophesy yet Pastor Foluso was not convinced it was time so he carried on with his private business and shortly afterwards, his business began to witness setbacks. Things became difficult and yet, Pastor Foluso still could not read the writing of the hand of God on the wall. It was at this point, he began to give up on everything even on going to church.
During one of those nights of contemplation, God appeared again to him in the midnight and spoke that it was time to give up on all worldly things and seek after Him. He sent Evangelist Irewole Oluwole and other annointed Men of God, again he was adamant. However, in 2010, Pastor Foluso became very sick and all his efforts to detect medically what was wrong with him proved futile.
Then the word of God came through another minister of God at that time and Pastor Foluso had to leave Winners Chapel’s fold to join another ministry – Christian Flourish Prayer Ministry where he began to grow in faith and was first ordained a pastor and promoted to Assistant General Overseer. While serving God in this ministry. He was able to take the good news all around the world. In the course of preaching in Nigeria, he toured 28 States and also preached the Gospel across countries like Canada, United States of America, London and even South Africa.
In October, 2017, the Lord appeared to him in a trance where he saw himself and his General Overseer in a vehicle that was on a journey. While in trance, he found himself taking over the steering wheel from his General Overseer and stopping at intervals to pick up stranded persons along the way. When he finally woke up from that trance, God told him he owes a duty to save lost souls as he would account for their souls and that it was time to move forward and start up a ministry.
That was how the Salvation Gospel International Church (SGIC) was conceived.
The mission of SGIC is to save lost souls and to deliver the captives from the mighty. At SGIC, we preach the Gospel and we deliver those whose destiny and glory has been held in captivity.
